With multiple affiliates and nearly one hundred coaches and administrators working within its bounds, the LAVA network is one of the largest club volleyball organizations in the country. Size brings stability and stability brings flexibility—in our ability to seek partnerships, to control costs, and to think outside the box and generate new ideas, all of which in turn creates value. Our coaches are dedicated and always seeking to improve, and not shy about sharing their experiences and knowledge with one another, and their collective wisdom and vision adds an incredible dynamic to our affiliates, as well as the club volleyball community itself.

The Los Angeles Volleyball Academy is committed to setting a course and navigating a path with the highest ethical standard of behavior. As an affiliate of LAVA, our Revolution staff strives to do differently, to do better, in every single aspect of its enterprise, too, and will work tirelessly and hard to ensure our players, parents, and families understand and follow our example, and subscribe to our motto of “Volleyball Done Differently”. Simply stated, we want to provide as much value as we can, all the while fostering an environment of honesty and integrity, passion and enthusiasm, with strong values and a familial feel.
Stability and integrity are very important elements of a positive club culture—most people, however, are also looking for tangible benefits, things they can actually reach out and touch or see. Revolution has all the elements you would expect to find with a LAVA affiliate: player and parent manuals, access to LAVA clinics, access to the SportsWorx recruiting system, benefits of the semi-private lesson program, knowledgeable coaches, and approachable, experienced administrators who know how to answer your questions and run a club right, among many others. With Revolution, LAVA comes to the Antelope Valley.
