The inaugural edition of our Player Guide is the fruit of our collective knowledge as coaches, given to you, our players, as just another resource and avenue of learning available to you here with us at LAVA. We hope you find the information useful, we recommend that you discuss what you find with your coaches, and we ask also that you respect the contents of the Guide.
